Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

We understand plans change. However, because every windshield or glass order is vehicle-specific, we incur costs as soon as your part is sourced. This policy outlines when refunds apply and when they do not.

2. Deposits and Glass Orders

Once a windshield or any glass part has been ordered for your vehicle, the deposit becomes non-refundable, regardless of when you cancel. Each order is custom-matched to your VIN and cannot be returned or reused.

Cancellation rules:

  • Before the glass is ordered: Full refund of your deposit.
  • After the glass is ordered: No refund under any circumstance.
  • Within 24 hours of your appointment: No refund if the technician has been dispatched or parts are in transit.

We will notify you when your glass has been ordered so you are aware when the non-refundable period begins.

3. Completed Services

Refunds are only available for workmanship issues covered under our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty. Cosmetic dissatisfaction, unrelated mechanical problems, or post-service impacts are not eligible for refunds.

4. Refund Method and Timeline

Approved refunds (for eligible cases) will be issued back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refunds cannot be redirected to alternate accounts or payment methods.

5. Disputes

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, ProGlass LLC will provide full documentation including quotes, signed approvals, and technician logs to verify service details.
