Warranty Policy

ProGlass LLC offers a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty on all windshield, back glass, and door glass installations.
1. Coverage
Covers defects in workmanship including:
- Air or water leaks caused by improper installation.
- Loose moldings, trim, or seals.
- Installation-related rattles or vibrations.
2. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- New damage caused by road debris or accidents.
- Vehicle rust or corrosion at the mounting area.
- Electronic sensor malfunctions or calibration errors.
- Aftermarket modifications affecting the glass or frame.
3. Duration
Workmanship coverage lasts for the lifetime of the vehicle under the same owner.
4. Transferability
This warranty is not transferable if the vehicle is sold.
5. Warranty Claims
To make a claim:
- Contact info@proglassllc.com.
- Provide your invoice number, contact details, and photos of the issue.
- We'll review the claim within 3 business days and schedule a correction if covered.
