Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ProGlass LLC's website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

  • "Customer" means any individual or business requesting services.
  • "Service" refers to mobile windshield replacement, chip repair, or related glass services.
  • "Site" means www.proglassllc.com.

3. Service Terms

ProGlass LLC provides professional glass replacement and repair services within its defined service area. Quotes are based on current parts availability and may be adjusted after inspection.

We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule a service if conditions are unsafe or outside our coverage area.

4. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes are generated from internal pricing data. Prices may vary depending on actual vehicle condition or additional parts required. ProGlass LLC will notify customers before making any changes to the quoted amount.

5. Deposits and Payments

A deposit may be required to confirm a booking. Deposits are non-transferable and applied to the total invoice. Final payment is due at the time of service completion.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. ProGlass LLC does not store or have access to full credit card numbers.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund.
  • Cancel within 24 hours and receive a 50% refund.
  • No refund if the technician has been dispatched or materials have been ordered.

Refund requests must be emailed to info@proglassllc.com.

7. Warranty & Liability

Our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty covers installation defects, leaks, or improper sealing. It does not cover damage caused by new rock impacts, rust, or structural failure unrelated to installation.

ProGlass LLC is not responsible for loss of use, incidental damages, or indirect costs.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate vehicle and contact information.
  • Ensure safe and accessible parking for technicians.
  • Inspect work upon completion.

Failure to meet these conditions may void the warranty.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProGlass LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. The parties agree to first attempt mediation before pursuing court action.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms occasionally. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting.
